Cellar

The main characteristic is that wine of the own vineyards is only elaborated, this way we guarantee the quality and the regularity of the matter prevails with the one that we elaborate our broths. Located to less than 10 minutes of the vineyards, the grape arrives fresh to the cellar and recently cut of the stump. Already in the cellar the grapes are selected that proceed of the different payments, he/she stops later to carry out of each parcel a more taken care and personalized elaboration. The cellar consists of 2 plants, the superior ship is that of elaboration, where in a handmade way our broths are elaborated as it sends the tradition of the best wines and in the underground plant the cask ship, being given the best ventilation conditions here, darkness, humidity, silence... for their appropriate conservation. .
